ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE ASSESSMENTS
Your local council or nearby neighbours may have contacted you to report that your business is creating excessive noise. Alternatively you may have new equipment, such as air conditioners, or swimming pools being installed and you want to assess their impact on the local noise environment.
Noise audits conducted by Noise Management Services are in line with the requirements of Victorian EPA SEPP’s N-1, N-2 and N-3. Usually these audits are performed at night, but will require measurement of background levels (ie without the noise source operating) for a period of 15-30 minutes. Measurements can be short-term with one of our acoustic consultants present or automatic with noise loggers.
